Personal Profile

Guang-fu BAI is a Senior Experimentalist at the College of Physics, Guizhou University, and Deputy Director of the Physics Experiment Center. He is also a Master's supervisor. His work mainly involves experimental and theoretical research in optical signal processing based on nonlinear effects of optical fiber and semiconductor devices, V-band and W-band vector signal transmission and processing, and photonic microwave technology. He has published over 50 papers in renowned national and international journals and holds multiple national patents. BAI holds several positions, including Deputy Secretary-General of the Guizhou Physical Society, Secretary-General of the Executive Committee for the Guizhou Provincial University Student Physics Academic Competition, Deputy Secretary-General of the Southwest University Student Physics Academic Competition, and Deputy Director of the Southwest University Physics Experiment Committee. He also serves as a reviewer for the National Natural Science Foundation and the Ministry of Education's thesis review panel. BAI has guided students to win numerous first prizes in national and regional competitions like the National University Student Physics Experiment Competition, National University Student Optoelectronics Competition, and others.
