A delegation headed by vice chancellor Nick Petford and director Thomas Zhang visited GZU on 5th May, 2018,accompanied by Liu Wanqian, head of Office of International Relations of the Education Department of Guizhou Province. vice president Zhang Qin held a meeting with this delegation in the VIP Room of Chongyi Building on the west campus, accompanied by director, vice director and section chief of Office of International Relations of GZU.
Vice president Zhang briefed the delegation the history, recent achievements and discipline construction of GZU, emphasizing that GZU is a comprehensive university with international identification in many fields that have contributed a lot of talents to the society as a whole.
Nick Petford expressed that the cooperation fields of both sides could be placed on leather and lift engineering, adding that further discussion is expected in the near future.
