On March 12, Guizhou University marked the 46th Arbor Day with a volunteer tree planting event organized by the Office of Campus Greening and Environmental Construction Leadership Group. The event, titled "Embrace Spring, Green the Campus," saw the planting of 50 early cherry saplings and 100 ginkgo saplings, enhancing the campus's greenery and scenic beauty.

Vice President Zhang Dalin attended the event, which attracted over 200 participants. These included representatives from various administrative departments and colleges, faculty and student representatives, all staff from Office of Logistics, and representatives from the community residents' committee.
